Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early arrivals and late departures may be arranged subject to availability and an extra charge.

Minimum Age and ID Policy

Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport at check-in. The minimum age to book a villa is 18 years.

Deposit & Payments

A valid credit card is required to secure reservations. Depending on booking terms, the resort may request a deposit or pre-authorization before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and modifications depend on the rate plan booked. Flexible rates may allow free cancellation up to a set date, while non-refundable bookings are charged in full. It is recommended to review conditions at the time of booking.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Villas and indoor public spaces are strictly non-smoking.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the resort.

Seaplane transfers must be arranged in advance and may be subject to weather conditions. Guests are advised to confirm flight details with the resort prior to arrival.
